Clients should provide accurate and relevant health information during consultations so that appropriate guidance can be provided.
No specific weight-loss outcome, health improvement or other result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, health conditions, adherence and other factors.
Nothing on this website is intended to replace emergency medical care or appropriate medical diagnosis and treatment.

Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to their nutritional care.
- Inform the dietitian of known allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, medication use and other relevant health considerations.
- Follow professional guidance responsibly and raise any concerns about their dietary plan.
- Treat staff and other clients respectfully.
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Use the website and digital products lawfully and responsibly.
Postma and Partners Dietitians cannot be held responsible for the consequences of materially inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a client, subject to applicable law and the practice’s professional obligations.
